This page explains how we handle orders, payments, returns, and your use of our website.
Our Shop
Atelier Félie offers a curated selection of creative products and experiences:
Made-to-order clothing – designed and produced by Atelier Félie;
Digital sewing patterns – sold through our Etsy shop, where we personally manage listings, communication, and customer service;
Paper patterns and fabrics – available via Atelier Félie or trusted retail partners, linked from our website;
Workshops – hosted and organized directly by Atelier Félie.
When you purchase through Etsy or an external partner shop, your transaction takes place on that platform and is governed by its own terms, payment systems, and privacy policy.
Your Use of Our Website
We grant you access to our website under certain conditions:
You agree not to use our website for illegal activities, including fraud, theft, unfair competition, or any other unlawful behavior.
You may not disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract or copy parts of our website or content without explicit permission.
Please avoid any actions that could damage or compromise the security or functionality of our website.

Customer Service
Questions about a product, your order, or a workshop?
You can reach us directly at info@atelierfelie.com or via WhatsApp through the “Message me on WhatsApp” button on our website.
For purchases made through Etsy, please contact us via the Etsy messaging system, as required by Etsy’s platform policies.
We manage our Etsy shop personally, including all communication, shipping, and aftercare.
For purchases made via our partner shops (for fabrics or paper patterns), please contact those retailers directly regarding order status or returns.
Purchases
By placing an order directly with Atelier Félie, you agree that you:
Have read the product description carefully before purchasing;
Have provided accurate payment and shipping details; and
Are of legal age and authorized to make the purchase.
All payments for orders placed on our website are securely processed through Mollie B.V., our trusted payment service provider.
Through Mollie, you can complete your purchase using iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal.
Purchases made through Etsy are processed by Etsy’s own payment system, and are subject to the Etsy Terms of Useand Etsy Payments Policy.
All listed prices include 21% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Made-to-Order Clothing
As each garment is made to order, cancellations are only possible before production has begun.
Once production starts, your order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned, unless the item is defective or not as described.
In case of a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@atelierfelie.com, including photos of the issue.
Workshops
You may cancel your workshop booking up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled.
If we must cancel or reschedule a workshop, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
Digital Patterns (via Etsy)
Digital sewing patterns are sold through our Etsy shop, and each listing specifies the applicable return policy.
In accordance with EU consumer law, digital downloads cannot be refunded once the download link has been accessed, unless the file is defective.
Etsy handles payment and file delivery on our behalf. For refund requests or file issues, please contact us through Etsy Messages.
Paper Patterns & Fabrics
Paper sewing patterns may not be returned once opened or unsealed, as their contents can be copied or reproduced.
Returns are only accepted if the product packaging remains unopened and intact.
This exception is permitted under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
If you purchase paper patterns or fabrics via a linked retail partner, that transaction is handled directly by the retailer, and their terms and policies apply.
Returns Process
If you are eligible for a return, please contact us first at info@atelierfelie.com before sending anything back.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped at your own cost unless we made an error.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return in good condition.
Our Help
We aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
If your issue requires further attention, we’ll make sure it’s handled personally until resolved.
Content
All product images, designs, workshop materials, and sewing patterns on our website are owned by Atelier Félie or used with permission.
They are intended for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without our written consent.
If you spot an error or inappropriate content, please report it to us at info@atelierfelie.com.
Your Privacy
Your privacy matters deeply to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We handle your data carefully, solely for processing your order, communication, and improving your experience.
We never sell your data to third parties.
Please note that when you purchase through Etsy or a partner shop, your data is processed by those platforms according to their own privacy policies.
What We’re Not Responsible For
Although we do our best to ensure every product and workshop meets our high standards, we can’t be held responsible for:
Damages caused by misuse or incorrect handling of a product or pattern;
Minor variations in color or finish, as these are inherent to handmade goods;
Delays caused by postal or courier services beyond our control;
Transactions, deliveries, or refunds handled by Etsy or external partner shops.
Warranties
We do our utmost to provide reliable service, but please understand that our website is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We cannot guarantee that:
The website will always be free of errors or interruptions;
All defects will be corrected immediately; or
The website or its content will always meet your specific expectations.
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier Félie (including its owners, employees, and partners) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, workshops, or products.
In no event shall our total liability exceed €100.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the Netherlands, unless consumer protection laws in your country of residence state otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you via our website or by email.
By continuing to use our website after updates take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
